We are currently recruiting for a permanent opportunity as a Painting Project Manager - you will be responsible for overseeing project planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.

This role is a full time position with our client working Monday - Friday roster. Although based within the Rockhampton region, there may be some travel to project and client sites as required

Key responsibilities to be successful:

• Developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
• Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables including determining labour hours required to complete the project as well as resources and materials
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies
• Communicating project status updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring adherence to project management best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements 

Experience and qualifications to be successful:

• Painter and Decorator - tradesman certificate 
• Previous experience in commercial or residential field 
• Experience managing small teams of wages, staff, and subcontractors on concurrent projects
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Construction white/blue card

Successful candidates will undergo a National Police Check and a Working with Children Card.
