- Support the rollout and adoption of AI tools across the business.
- Assist with Microsoft Copilot enablement and user support.
- Manage Microsoft licensing, billing and access requests.
AI Enablement & Modern Workplace Support Specialist
This role will play a key part in supporting the rollout of AI capabilities across the organisation, working closely with Corporate IT and the R&D team to ensure users have the right tools, access, licensing, and support in place.
If you've worked in Microsoft 365 environments, supported end users, managed Azure AD/Entra ID, licensing, or been involved in a Microsoft Copilot rollout, this could be a great fit.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the rollout and adoption of AI tools across the business
- Assisting with Microsoft Copilot enablement and user support
- Managing Microsoft licensing, billing and access requests
- Supporting Azure AD / Entra ID administration
- Providing Windows and end-user support where required
- Working with the R&D team to help mobilise and scale AI initiatives
- Partnering with business stakeholders to drive adoption and improve user experience

- Microsoft 365 administration
- Azure AD / Entra ID
- Microsoft licensing and user provisioning
- Desktop Support or End User Computing (EUC)
- Windows environments
- Microsoft Copilot or AI tool enablement
- GitHub Copilot (highly regarded)
