Pay Rate: $38.00 per hour
Shifts: 7:00am–3:00pm OR 9:00am–5:00pm
Environment: Cold Storage – -18°C

About the Role

Labourforce are currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join a busy cold storage warehouse in Rocklea.

This is a hands-on warehouse role working in a -18°C cold storage environment, so candidates must be comfortable working in refrigerated conditions for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating High Reach forklifts safely and efficiently
• Completing stock replenishments and putaways
• Performing bulk picks and moving pallets throughout the warehouse
• Loading, unloading and staging stock as required
• Maintaining accurate stock movements
• Following all site safety and operational procedures
• General warehouse duties and housekeeping

What We're Looking For

• Current LF Forklift Licence – Essential
• Proven High Reach Forklift experience – Essential
• Previous warehouse or cold storage experience highly regarded
• Comfortable working in a -18°C environment
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable and punctual
• Physically capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
