What Do You Need to Be Successful?
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- A valid WWCC/Blue Card
- Training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, NQF, and EYLF
- A genuine love for early childhood education and a strong commitment to excellence in care and learning
