Payroll Administrator

Looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to support payroll operations and workforce coordination.

Process payroll for warehouse and service employees Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information Assist with payroll queries and ensure timely resolution of issues Coordinate employee accommodation and travel bookings where required Support onboarding and workforce administration activities Process payroll-related documentation and reports Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance Provide general administrative support to the broader team

What you'll need to succeed
Previous payroll administration experienceExperience using Kronos, Dynamics, AX, or similar payroll and workforce management systemsStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to manage confidential information professionallyStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience coordinating accommodation and travel bookings (highly regarded)Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screenWhat you'll get in return
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team on a 6-month contract with the potential for extension. Working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, you'll enjoy flexible start and finish times between 7:00am and 5:00pm while supporting payroll operations for a busy workforce.
