This Big Four Bank is well established in the local community of Bega and is looking for a casual Teller to join their experienced team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for flexibility, with full-time training provided in branch for the first four weeks. Following training, you will work approximately 15 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase your hours over time. The goal is to help customers achieve their financial goals by connecting them with the right products and services.
Your new role
This is the perfect entry level banking role for anyone holding previous customer service, retail or hospitality experience looking to gain exposure in a Big 4 Bank.Duties will include:

• Delivering a high level of customer service in branch by providing a seamless service to customers
• Cash handling, processing customer banking transactions and requests, EFTPOS transactions and administration tasks
• Providing information and assistance on financial service queries surrounding withdrawals and deposits
• Assist in educating and guiding customers to digital services
• Working closely with the team and always putting the customer first whilst working to your, and the branch's targets
• There is opportunity to further your responsibilities & develop your banking knowledge through the promotion of products and services that help customers achieve their financial goals over time
• On occasion, you will be required to cover in their sister branch in Merimbula

What you'll need to succeed
