This property team is one of the "go to" teams in Australia and constantly make the headlines. This team handles landmark projects across all industry sectors, offering deep expertise in acquisitions, development, leasing, and property financing. 
 
The Role & Responsibilities
Our client is looking to recruit a lawyer with around 2 to 5 years pae to join their Commercial Property team. Working closely with pre-eminent partners and directly with sophisticated clients, you will gain 'hands on' experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquisitions and disposals across commercial, industrial, and retail sectors.
• Large-scale commercial development and construction projects.
• Complex leasing arrangements and property joint ventures/financing. 

 
About You
The ideal candidate possesses:

• 2–5 years' pae in property law within a reputable private practice.
• Strong technical grounding, analytical capability, and commercial curiosity.
• Excellent interpersonal and drafting skills to foster direct client relationships.
