High Reach / Counterbalance Forklift Operators – Rocklea, QLD

Our client, a well-established provider of 3PL, freight handling, and transport services, is seeking experienced High Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join their growing team in Rocklea.

About the Role

• Shift: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm

• Pay Rate: $38.00 per hour

• Location: Rocklea, QLD

• Responsibilities include:

• Loading trucks on the dock

• Putaways and stock replenishment using High Reach forklifts

• Operating in a cold storage environment (4°C in chiller, -24°C in freezer)

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current forklift licence with minimum 1 year of High Reach and Counterbalance experience

• At least 1 year of experience working in a cold storage environment

• Strong understanding of load restraint and knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR)

• Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety
