Responsibilities
You will be processing customer orders, preparing correspondence, fulfilling customer needs to ensure quality and customer satisfaction standards are met.
• Process orders and monitor their progress & keep target customers well informed
• On going customer relationship management via phone & email
• Work closely with Sales, Production and Warehouse teams regarding pricing, stock availability and order status
• Monthly reporting on activities and metrics
• Maintain customer information & commercial debtor responsibilities
Skills Experience
• Good planning and coordination skills
• Excellent communication both verbal and written
• Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
• Strong relationship and collaboration skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Self Motivated with a ’Can do’ attitude
• Team player
• Experience processing orders within an ERP systems such as PRONTO or SAP would be desirable
Desirable: Degree in Science or Chemistry or even Engineering would be highly regarded
Previous experience working in a customer service role where you have been working closely with transport and logistics would be desirable.
