About the Role

• Provide high level customer service and support to our Sales team
• Based in Sydney with hybrid working

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will support the sales team by ensuring smooth customer interactions, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing proactive service that helps drive overall team success.

Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:

• Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and customer loyalty.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all B2B enquiries via phone, and email, maintaining a friendly and engaging manner.
• Accurately process customer orders and prepare event quotes.
• Proactively resolve customer issues, identify opportunities to improve service, and escalate technical discrepancies via the correct channels.
• Build strong relationships across the store network.
• Follow all logistics processes, ensuring accurate information is recorded.
• Contribute to sales goals.
• Support the team with general administrative tasks and consistently promote a positive, collaborative team culture.

• Customer centric attitude with previous experience in providing high quality customer service
• Can operate with autonomy as required in a fast-paced environment
• Work well with people 
• Excellent attention to detail 
• Beverage industry knowledge
