Reporting to the Senior Manager Customer Monitoring and Assessment, you will lead a team of analysts responsible for monitoring customer activity, assessing risk and investigating potential financial crime concerns across the digital customer portfolio.
- Lead and develop a high-performing financial crime analyst team
- Oversee customer monitoring and due diligence activities
- Drive quality investigations and customer risk assessments
- Manage workflow priorities and operational performance outcomes
- Partner with risk, compliance and technology stakeholders
- Identify improvement opportunities across processes and controls
Your game changing qualities
You bring strong people leadership, sound judgement and a passion for protecting customers and businesses in regulated environments.
- Experienced in financial crime, compliance or fraud functions
- Proven ability leading teams in regulated environments
- Strong capability in risk assessment and investigations
- Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions
- Confident making decisions in complex situations
- Exposure to customer monitoring platforms, case management systems, or financial crime technology solutions is highly regarded.
- Relevant financial crime qualifications such as ACAMS, ICA, or equivalent are desirable.
