As a Customer Buying Representative, you’ll be the go-to guide helping customers with their selling journey. You’ll work with warm, inbound leads across phone, email, and live chat, with no cold calling involved. Along the way, you’ll develop valuable skills in discovery, pipeline management, objection handling, negotiation, and closing. All while making the car-selling experience simple, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable.
