The Operations Manager maintains the stock flow, replenishment and loss prevention activity within the store. Reporting to the store manager you’ll lead a small team to keep the stock moving efficiently from delivery to floor, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. 

How You Will Contribute

• Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities within your store.
• Partner with retail management and visual merchandising (VM) to drive a culture of continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to enhance stockroom efficiency, refill processes, merchandise presentation, and stock schedule recommendations.
• Manage daily financial operations including end-of-day reconciliation, banking procedures, and secure cash handling
• Provide support to the Retail Sales Team on the shop floor when required
• Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
• Collaborate with the Store Manager, to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success
