Omni Recruit is currently looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation in Kemps Creek.

This is a hands-on forklift role where your main responsibility will be loading and unloading trucks, moving pallets and keeping freight flowing safely and efficiently.

If you're confident on a counterbalance, work safely and know how to keep up in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you!

🚛 The Role

Your main duties will include:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently

• Loading and unloading trucks

• Moving pallets and freight around the warehouse

• Staging freight for dispatch and receivals

• Loading and positioning pallets safely and accurately

• General warehouse and manual handling duties

• RF scanning where required

• Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe

• Following all site safety procedures and forklift operating standards

💪 What We're Looking For

✔ Current LF Forklift Licence
✔ Proven Counterbalance Forklift experience
✔ Experience loading and unloading trucks
✔ Previous warehouse, transport or distribution centre experience
✔ Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
✔ Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
✔ Reliable transport
✔ Excellent attendance and punctuality
✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
✔ Own PPE — steel-cap boots and hi-vis
✔ Full Australian working rights
