Our client is looking for a Construction Cadet to join their Maintenance & Defects team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, develop their skills and work towards becoming a Site Supervisor.

About the Role:

• Identify and assess building defects and maintenance issues
• Liaise with clients and provide professional service
• Learn how defects are investigated, managed and resolved
• Work alongside experienced construction professionals
• Receive ongoing training and mentoring
• Develop the skills and knowledge required to progress into a Cadet Site Supervisor role
• 100% office-based position

About You

• Recently qualified Carpenter or Bricklayer
• Cert III and Cert IV in Building & Construction
• Well presented and confident communicating with clients
• Reliable, motivated and eager to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional attitude and willingness to develop
• White Card
