- Sale/purchase of property+ subdivisions/developments+leases;
- Sale/purchase of business/shares+ M&As;

- Commercial contracts;
- Employment law, intellectual property, franchising;
- Divorce/separation, Property/financial settlements, Parenting/custody/child support/adoption;

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- have 4-10+ years PAE experience (up to senior associate level) in at least 2 OR MORE of: commercial law, property law, wills/estates and/or family law;
- have outstanding communication, research, negotiation and client management skills;
