Commercial Pest Control Lead Supervisor

Our client is a well-established commercial pest control company working with high-profile clients across

industries such as healthcare, education, local government and food manufacturing. Service quality,

compliance, integrity, and reputation matter in everything they do.

They are seeking an experienced pest control professional to take ownership of service delivery, ensuring

technical standards are met, technicians are supported, and clients continue to receive a premium service.

This is a senior role suited to someone who understands commercial pest control environments and can lead

from the front without needing supervision.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing pest control service delivery across commercial contracts

• Maintaining high technical and compliance standards

• Supporting, training, and guiding field technicians

• Conducting inspections, quotes, audits, and quality checks

• Managing client relationships from a technical and service perspective

• Stepping into field work when required to support the team

• Contributing to continuous improvement of processes and systems

You’ll be provided with a fully equipped company vehicle, phone, iPad, uniforms, tools, and support.

Requirements

What They Looking For:

• Experience in commercial pest control

• Current timber pest licence

• Strong understanding of compliance, auditing, and client expectations

• Proven ability to lead technicians and maintain standards

• Confident communicator with clients and internal teams

• Organised, practical, and solutions-focused

• Experience in bird control, proofing, or leadership roles will be highly regarded

• Good written skills
