With continued growth and an expanding customer base, they are looking for a commercially focused Accountant to join their finance team and become a key partner to the wider business.

The Role
Your responsibilities will include:

Partner with senior stakeholders across the Group to deliver commercial insights and support informed business decisions.

Analyse financial performance, budgets and forecasts to identify trends, risks and opportunities.

Challenge cost drivers and identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency and business performance.

Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for management.

Lead month-end reporting, financial analysis and performance reporting across the Group.

Oversee key accounting areas including GL, inventory, fixed assets and balance sheet integrity.

Support Group-wide tax, audit and statutory reporting across seven countries.

Drive process improvement, automation and ERP optimisation to make finance more efficient and effective.
Your Background
You'll ideally have:
-
CA, CPA or be close to completing your qualification
-
Experience within manufacturing, distribution, FMCG, wholesale or another product-based/tangible industry

Exposure to inventory and/or supply chain
-
Commercial experience, including projects or initiatives involving operational teams

Budgeting and forecasting experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated on your resume.

Excellent communication and ability to partner with non-finance stakeholder with confidence

The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment

A genuine desire to develop your career and take on greater responsibility
