The Role:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Retail Manager to lead our Paddington or Chatswood store, with additional responsibility for supporting operations across 5 locations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive performance, develop Store Managers and ensure every location delivers a premium customer experience. You’ll be at the forefront of the business, leading from the front, influencing results and building a strong, engaged team culture across multiple sites.

You’re a natural leader who thrives on developing people and driving results. With proven multi-site retail experience, you know how to balance commercial outcomes with team engagement. You’re energetic, resilient and love being in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
You take pride in creating high-performing teams and you’re confident analysing performance, identifying opportunities and executing strategies that deliver results.

- Up to $84,000 + Super + Car Allowance
- Tuesday - Saturday Roster
- Paddington or Chatswood base location
