First Choice Care is looking for experienced Registered Nurses to step into Clinical Facilitation and support nursing students during their clinical placements across Sydney.

About you
We’re looking for experienced RNs who are confident in their clinical practice and genuinely enjoy teaching others.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
• Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Bachelor of Nursing
• Completion of, or current enrolment in, the Clinical Facilitation: Essential Skills and Principles short course
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work confidently with students, clinical teams and educators
• Strong written communication skills for student assessments and documentation
• Cert IV in Training & Assessment, previous teaching/facilitation experience, or a completed preceptorship is desirable
