Cleaning Supervisor

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback. 

The Position – Cleaning Supervisor 

Oversee and coordinate the daily cleaning operations across both village accommodation and mine site cleaning; 

·  Deliver pre-start meetings and facilitate training sessions with a team of 30+ staff 

·  Manage workforce planning, including; rosters, timesheets, and task allocation 

·  Conduct quality inspections to maintain high service standards 

·  Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of cleaning supplies 

Ensuring full compliance with Site Safety Protocols inline with both Company and Client Safety Standards, as well as communicating effectively with site management and address client needs promptly. 

The Person 

- Experience in mining, or large-scale commercial cleaning and housekeeping 

- Excellent communication and professional presentation 

- Proven leadership, effective decision‑making, strong organisational skills, and high attention to detail 

- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 

- Open drivers license
