We're currently seeking reliable, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our Defence teams across Western Australia.
If you take pride in your work, enjoy working as part of a team, and are looking for a stable and rewarding career, we'd love to hear from you. Previous experience in hospitality, cleaning, facilities, transport, fitness, or similar service-based roles is welcomed, but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidates.
In this role, you'll support the smooth day-to-day operations of Defence sites, helping to maintain safe, clean, and well-presented environments while contributing to a professional and supportive workplace.
🧹 Cleaning & Housekeeping:
- Clean offices, accommodation and common areas
- Maintain safe, hygienic and welcoming environments
- Work as part of a supportive site team
- Service accommodation rooms
- Laundry and linen duties
About You
We're looking for people who:
- Take pride in their work and attention to detail
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Have excellent communication skills
- Are reliable, flexible and safety focused
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Can work across rotating rosters where required
Previous experience is welcomed, but for many roles full training is provided.
Minimum Requirements
- Australian Citizenship (mandatory)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Baseline Clearance
- Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical, including Drug & Alcohol screening
- Relevant licences or qualifications where applicable
- Defence or military experience is highly regarded but not essential
