Civil Project Manager
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for civil subdivision and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors and stakeholders while overseeing contract administration.
- Lead site teams to drive performance and ensure project success.
A leading national civil contractor is looking to add an experienced Civil Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer to their South East Melbourne team.
With a strong pipeline of secured subdivision and infrastructure projects across Melbourne, this is a genuine opportunity to join a busy business with plenty of work ahead and clear scope to progress.

- End-to-end project delivery

- Subcontractor and stakeholder coordination

- Leading site teams and driving performance
About You:
- Proven experience across civil subdivision projects
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Effective leadership and communication skills
- Good understanding of project delivery, costs and programmes
- Relevant construction or engineering qualifications preferred
- Open to experienced PMs or strong SPEs ready to step into a PM role
