Key Responsibilities
- General civil labouring duties across a range of infrastructure and construction projects
- Site preparation including trenching, digging and compacting
- Assisting with roadworks, concreting and drainage installation
- Loading and unloading materials, tools and equipment
- Assisting tradespeople and machine operators as required
- Operating hand and power tools
- Maintaining a clean and safe worksite
- Following site safety requirements and procedures
What We’re Looking For
- White Card (Essential)
- Previous experience in civil construction, roadworks, drainage, pipe laying or infrastructure projects
- Plant tickets and operating experience highly regarded
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work well within a team environment
