We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Civil General Labourers to join our growing workforce on multiple civil construction and infrastructure projects across the Sydney Metropolitan Area.
About the Role
Working alongside experienced civil crews, you will assist with a range of construction activities on major infrastructure, road, subdivision, and civil works projects. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for ongoing work with a reputable employer.
Key Responsibilities:
- General labouring duties on civil construction sites
- Assisting operators, tradespeople, and supervisors
- Site preparation and clean-up
- Installation of pipes, pits, conduits, and drainage systems
- Spotting machinery and traffic management assistance
- Manual handling and use of hand and power tools
- Maintaining a safe and productive work environment
To Be Successful You Will Have:
- Previous civil construction or labouring experience preferred
- Current Construction Industry White Card
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transport and punctual attendance
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
Bonus to have:
- MR or HR Driver's Licence
- Confined Space Ticket
- Working at Heights Ticket
- Excavator, Roller, or other plant operator tickets
- Civil construction experience
