- Supervise site crews and subcontractors across civil construction works.
- Coordinate daily work programmes and resources to maintain productivity.
- Ensure works meet construction specifications and safety requirements.

Ensure works meet construction specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.

Demonstrated experience as a Civil Foreman, ideally across subdivision projects.

Experience in bulk earthworks, civil construction and roadworks.

The ability to lead crews, coordinate subcontractors and manage day-to-day site operations.

The ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

A commitment to workplace health and safety and construction quality.

A current driver's licence and Construction Industry Card (White Card).
