Duties
- Lead staffing, recruitment, rostering, and professional development
- Drive high-quality educational programming and regulatory compliance
- Build occupancy through community outreach and local marketing
- Oversee budget, operational reporting, and quality improvement plans
- Mentor staff and support team hands-on when needed
Is This You?
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
- Valid Working with Children Check (NSW) - Don't have one, that's ok, we will pay for this for you as part of your package!
- First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications
- Leadership experience as Centre Director or senior 2IC
- Strong communication, community engagement, and operational skills
