Catholic Early EdCare is searching for enthusiastic, reliable, and flexible Diploma-qualified Casual Pool Educators to join our OSHC & LDC teams across the Sunshine Coast region. We're especially keen to hear from educators based in or near Nambour, Bli Bli and Sunshine Beach. This role gives you the freedom to choose from available shifts each week across our services.

Whether you're managing a busy lifestyle, juggling study, or simply want work that fits around your schedule, this role puts you in control. With more than 130 services across Queensland, you'll have the opportunity to maximise your hours, gain hands-on experience across a variety of settings, and be part of a supportive, welcoming team wherever you work.

A Day in the Life of a Casual Pool Educator…

  • Welcome and support children as they transition into our engaging environments

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in a Child Related Qualification (or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines) preferred; Certificate III holders or those studying towards a Diploma are also encouraged to apply
  • Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Current driver's licence and access to reliable transport
  • Located in or near Nambour, Bli Bli or Sunshine Beach (preferred)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 2 after school care sessions per week
  • Mandatory Child Protection (Geccko) Course 1 & 2 — Course 3 & 4 optional but highly regarded
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
