📍 Goodstart Nirimba, QLD(located on Kabi Kabi Country)
🕒 Casual Employment | Flexible shifts Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 6:30pm
💰 Up to $48.29 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) + Super

About the role
As a Casual Educator at Goodstart Nirimba, you'll provide flexible support across the centre, bringing enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine passion for early learning.
You'll play an important role in creating safe, engaging, and inclusive environments where children feel secure, supported, and excited to learn.
In this role, you'll:
✨ Contribute to educational programs across the centre
✨ Engage, supervise, and support children throughout the day
✨ Create safe and nurturing learning environments
✨ Build positive and meaningful relationships with children and families
✨ Follow National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
✨ Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement

About Goodstart Nirimba
🏡 New, purpose-built centre located in the heart of Aura on Kabi Kabi Country.
👶 Supporting children across Nursery, Toddler and Kindergarten learning environments.
🌿 Modern learning spaces flow directly into beautiful outdoor play areas, including a unique adventure fort that encourages exploration and active play.
🍎 Children enjoy fresh, nutritious meals prepared onsite.
🌏 Diverse and multicultural team
🏫 Strong connections with the local community, including experiences such as visits to the local primary school, parks and bush kindy.
🕡 Open 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, giving our casual educators opportunities across a range of shifts.

✔ Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
