  • Construct, erect, install and repair structural and non-structural timber framework, including the measurement, cutting and assembly of timber components.
  • Carry out remedial building tasks, including structural concrete repairs, surface preparation, installation of mechanical expansion joints and application of specialised waterproofing systems.
  • Coordinate material logistics for each job, including loading and unloading tools, equipment and supplies and organising warehouse inventory at the Seven Hills operations base.
  • Ensure all site operations comply with Australian Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations and the business’s safe work procedures.

  • Competent use of carpentry hand and power tools, with the ability to load, transport and organise tools, materials and warehouse stock.
  • Sound understanding of WHS regulations as they apply to remedial construction sites and a consistent safety-first approach.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability and the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to work across multiple job sites in the Sydney metropolitan area.
