This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced Carpenter who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants exposure to large-scale, complex residential projects.
You’ll work alongside experienced Site Managers, Leading Hands and trades across projects from early structural stages right through to detailed finishes and handover.
The Role
- Work across high-end, architecturally designed residential projects
- Carpentry & construction across the full construction lifecycle – structures through to finishes
- Read and interpret architectural plans and detailed drawings
- Work closely with Site Managers and Leading Hands to maintain programme and quality
- Coordinate with trades and subcontractors on site
- Maintain exceptionally high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Opportunity to take on greater responsibility and progress into senior positions
About You
- Trade-qualified Carpenter with Cert III in Carpentry
- Full construction lifecycle experience is essential
- Previous experience on custom, luxury or architecturally designed homes
- Strong structural and finishing carpentry skills
- Confident reading plans and working independently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, professional and looking for a long-term position
