Senior BA needed for a major digital transformation program improving customer experience and services
Your new company
This large and complex organisation is undergoing one of the most significant transformation programs in its sector, with a strong focus on digital experience, customer engagement, service delivery and operational excellence. The organisation has recently completed a major integration program and is now focused on delivering a large-scale enrolment transformation initiative designed to simplify and enhance the end-to-end customer journey.
Your new role
Working within a major enterprise transformation program, you will support the delivery of multiple workstreams focused on improving digital experiences, customer engagement, operational processes, reporting and supporting technologies.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with a diverse range of business and technology stakeholders
- Facilitating workshops, discovery sessions and requirements gathering activities
- Eliciting, documenting and managing business and functional requirements
- Developing user stories, acceptance criteria and process models
- Analysing current and future-state business processes
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
- Supporting solution design, delivery and implementation activities
- Contributing to governance, reporting and program planning activities
- Managing competing priorities across multiple streams of work
- Acting as the key liaison between business and technical teams to ensure successful outcomes
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Business Analyst who thrives in complex enterprise environments and enjoys working across both business and technology teams. You will bring:
- Proven Business Analysis experience within large organisations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation capability
- Experience delivering outcomes within large transformation programs
- Excellent requirements elicitation and documentation skills
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria and process models
- Strong workshop facilitation and relationship management skills
- The ability to manage ambiguity, shifting priorities and tight timelines
- Experience working within Agile and/or Scrum delivery environments
Highly regarded experience includes:
- CRM platforms
- Customer experience and digital channels
- Reporting and analytics initiatives
- Student or customer management systems
- Adobe Experience Manager
- Microsoft technology environments
- Higher education or similarly complex service-based organisations
- Large-scale enterprise transformation programs
