The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Boutique Manager to lead a flagship boutique within Pacific Fair's prestigious luxury precinct. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving commercial success while delivering an unparalleled client experience that reflects the brand's elevated standards. As the face of the boutique, you will inspire and develop a high-performing team, foster a culture of exceptional service and clienteling, and ensure every aspect of the business operates to the highest standard. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the boutique team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs and business objectives.
  • Create a client-centric culture focused on delivering world-class luxury experiences.
  • Drive clienteling initiatives, CRM engagement and VIP relationship development.
  • Recruit, coach and develop team members to maximise performance and career progression.
  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards.
  • Ensure operational excellence across inventory management, compliance and loss prevention.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to implement strategic business initiatives.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive culture built on accountability, development and excellence.

Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will bring proven leadership experience within luxury fashion, jewellery, watches or premium retail environments. You will have a strong track record of delivering commercial success while developing and motivating high-performing teams. Your ability to build lasting client relationships, engage VIP customers and drive a strong clienteling culture will be essential to your success.
