Automotive Parts - Warehouse Team Leader
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Our client is a well-established automotive parts distributor based in the Enfield area. A busy warehouse operation servicing customers and distribution centres across Australia, they are looking to appoint a hands on team leader to their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Coordinate team workloads and maintain productivity.
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock transfers, and cycle counts.
- Support staff through training, coaching, and leadership.
- Maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
- Liaise with transport, customer service, and sales teams.
About You
- Previous warehouse team leadership/supervisory experience.
- Strong inventory and freight knowledge.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Forklift licence highly regarded.
