I am seeking an Assistant PM with 1-2 years’ experience within a NZ project management consultancy or alternatively, a Civil Engineer within a NZ firm with 2-3 years’ experience on NZ based projects, ideally structures or design from the Wellington region who’s eager to tackle multi million construction projects head on, across large scale healthcare, residential, commercial, civic facilities & major industrial business parks. You’ll dive into delivering both challenging and interesting construction packages alongside PM’s & Senior PM’s with top-notch public and private clients including leading NZ developers, Iwi trusts, local authorities & many more.
This opportunity offers a genuine PM career path for a person looking to climb the ranks of project management with the team that focused on delivering outcomes for clients while enjoying themselves doing it
To be considered for this role, you must have NZ experience in project management or engineering, strong client facing skills and a desire to prove yourself as a Project Manager in the Wellington region.
About you:
·          A background across construction project management within a consultancy or engineering
·          Ideally a minimum of 2-3 years gained in NZ
·          Some previous understanding of construction contracts, NZS3910 & good report writing skills
·          Strong client facing skills & ability to forge relationships across clients, consultants & contractors.
·          Tertiary qualification in construction, project management, or engineering/architecture (or similar)
