About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading a team of approximately 5-7 and driving performance across sales, service, people and operations.

This is a highly customer-facing role, so we are looking for someone energetic, confident and comfortable leading from the floor.

You will:

• Drive sales and KPI performance across the store
• Coach and motivate the team to deliver strong customer experiences
• Lead by example on the sales floor
• Support rostering, stock, VM and day-to-day operations
• Help build confidence and capability across the team
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards
• Support customers across a broad demographic
• Take ownership when the Store Manager is not present
• Build a positive, inclusive and high-energy team culture

What You'll Bring
We are looking for someone with strong leadership potential, great energy and confidence around sales and KPIs.

You could come from retail, or potentially hospitality if you have led teams in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.

You will ideally bring:

• Previous leadership experience in retail, hospitality or customer service
• Confidence coaching a team and driving performance
• Strong understanding of KPIs and sales targets
• High energy and a naturally engaging leadership style
• A genuine focus on customer service
• Empathy and patience when working with a broad customer base, including families and older customers
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to balance pace, service and operational priorities
• A desire to grow your career within a larger retail business
