About the Role
Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help lead a high-performing team, drive store results and create exceptional customer experiences every day. You'll play a key role in building team capability, fostering a positive culture and contributing to the ongoing success of one of Adairs' most exciting store formats.
This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership potential who is looking to build their career with a business that actively develops future Store Managers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Store Manager to lead, inspire and develop the team
- Driving sales performance and delivering commercial outcomes
- Coaching team members to provide exceptional customer experiences
- Leading from the shop floor and creating a positive, high-energy environment
- Supporting visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Using sales and customer insights to drive performance and productivity

- Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proven ability to drive sales and team performance
- Strong coaching and people development skills

- Confidence managing priorities in a high-volume store environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
