About The Role

Join our team at Kellyville on a casual basis. We are looking for multiple dedicated Assistant in Nursing to provide high-quality, person-centred support and care to our participants.

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily living tasks, including domestic duties.
• Supporting customers with complex care needs while promoting dignity and respect.
• Be committed to positive outcomes for the people you support.
• Be available to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including overnight, weekends, and public holidays.

You bring flexibility, compassion, and confidence to your work. You thrive in a role where no two days are the same and love being part of a team that truly makes a difference.

Here’s what will help you shine in this role:

• At least one year of experience in disability/aged care, particularly within group home settings.
• Competency in manual handling, including hoist operation and repositioning
• Proven experience in:
• • PEG feeding and safe swallowing support.
  • Epilepsy management and responding to challenging behaviours.
  • Bowel Care, providing support and assistance with bowel care routines, as required.
• Confidence and sensitivity in delivering personal care and grooming.
• A current Australian driver’s licence and the ability to drive a 12-seater and wheelchair-accessible van.

Note: Pay rate will be determined based on the total number of hours worked as an Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
