About You As our Assistant Centre Manager, you’ll work alongside the Centre Manager to support daily operations, mentor educators and maintain high-quality education and care.
To be successful, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in an Assistant Centre Manager role in early childhood education.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Current Working with Children Check and full Australian working rights.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A collaborative, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for early learning.
- Availability Monday to Friday.
