About You

• Qualified in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work
• Registered with AHPRA, ESSA ASORC or AASW 
• Full working rights + Australian Driver’s Licence
• Experience mentoring junior consultants
• Prior work experience in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting

The Role

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of Allied Health professionals
• Champion a positive, collaborative team culture
• Drive quality assurance and strategic improvements
• Support growth targets and business planning with the Area Manager
• Manage performance and meet key financial, customer, and quality metric
• Blend clinical insight with operational excellence to deliver top-tier services
