ARCHITECT OR TECHNICIAN

We are currently seeking an Architect or Architectural Technician with 8+ years' experience to join this small, busy studio based in the inner south suburbs.
This is a stable, long-term opportunity for someone with strong documentation skills, previous experience on Class III Buildings and the capability to work autonomously on projects and can hit the ground running.
With a number of projects in documentation stages, being able to draw on your experience and construction knowledge to pick things up quickly is key!
You’ll be supporting a small team across a range of architectural and interior focused projects in the hospitality, commercial and retail space.
Candidates with strong proficiency on Revit and/or AutoCAD are most highly sought.
This is a genuinely stable, permanent position to join a friendly, close-knit studio environment and offers room to grow further, if desired.
Salary expectations in the range of $95,000 – $105,000 per annum plus Superannuation.
