ARCHICAD TECHNICIAN

Several new contract opportunities have come online within a highly regarded city-fringe architectural studio - ready for an immediate start!

Initially offered on a 3-month contract basis, with strong potential to extend, these roles are ideally suited to Architects and Architectural Technicians with solid ArchiCAD skills who enjoy getting stuck into quality project documentation.

With an excellent reputation for both design quality and project delivery, this established studio offers a genuinely enjoyable and collaborative working environment.

A number of significant apartment projects are now moving into documentation stages, hence the need to strengthen their technical team with the support of several experienced contractors.

We are keen to hear from candidates ranging from those with 4 years' industry experience through to highly experienced technical specialists.

Ideally, you will bring:

• Strong ArchiCAD skills
• Proven construction documentation experience
• Solid understanding of detailing and buildability
• Previous exposure to multi-residential / apartment projects
• Involvement across mid to large-scale architectural projects
• Ability to work effectively within an established project team
• Available to commence work at short notice

For more experienced candidates, there is the scope to bring your strong technical skillset and hit the ground running across complex documentation packages.

Excellent hourly rates are available, with the genuine possibility of contracts extending beyond the initial three-month period.
