- Support the team on townhouse developments
- Ensure compliance with residential building codes and regulations
- Produce high-quality documentation and detailing
Our client is looking for an ArchiCAD Graduate of Architecture or Technician with an eye for design and technical minded to support the team on townhouse developments on a 6month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Knowledge of the residential building codes and regs.
- confident working on different phases of a project
- Strong documentation skills and technical knowledge.
Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture or Building Diploma
- 3+ years post grad experience
- Experience working on townhouses
- High proficiency in ArchiCAD
- Sound knowledge of Australian standards and NCC
- High level of documentation and detailing
