Hays is seeking an experienced Case Officer to join a government organisation delivering tenancy management, compliance and community safety services across public housing portfolios in the Northern Territory.
In this role, you will manage a caseload of tenancy-related matters, investigate complaints and allegations, support sustainable tenancy outcomes and work closely with tenants, community organisations, government agencies and other stakeholders.

- Experience in case management, housing, community services, compliance or investigations.
- Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to interpret and apply legislation, policy and procedures.
- Excellent written communication and report writing skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

- Tribunal or court-related matters
A current driving licence is required, along with the ability to obtain a Working with Children Clearance.
