Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician
Salary - $115000- $122000
We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
- Install, service and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical and refrigeration faults.
- Conduct routine maintenance, inspections and system testing.
- Perform refrigerant recovery, charging and leak detection.
- Replace and repair faulty components and equipment.
- Read technical drawings, manuals and equipment specifications.
- Maintain accurate service records and job reports.
- Ensure all work complies with Australian safety standards and relevant regulations.
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide advice on system maintenance and operation.
About you:
- Relevant trade qualification and/or industry experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
