Accounts Payable Officer

• Located in Revesby, NSW
• Approx. 15 hours per week – Flexible days & hours
• 2-month assignment
• $36 + per hour plus Super About the Role We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to support our finance team on a short-term assignment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-focused, reliable, and confident working independently, particularly during audit preparation and end-of-financial-year processes. Key Responsibilities
• Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies
• Preparing and processing payment runs
• Supplier statement reconciliations and resolving outstanding items
• Supporting audit requirements (documentation, reconciliations, queries)
• Assisting with end-of-year financial processes and reporting preparation
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers About You
• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Exposure to audit processes and end-of-year close activities
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
