Part-Time 2IC Retail Assistant : Clarks EASTLAND
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time 2IC Retail Assistant to join our team at Clarks EASTLAND (RINGWOOD).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for retail, and is ready to support the Store Manager in delivering an outstanding customer experience while helping lead the team.
What you'll be doing:
Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable in-store experiences.
Assist customers in finding the perfect footwear through professional fitting and product recommendations.
Drive sales through strong product knowledge and confident add-on selling.
Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the store.
Assist in coaching and motivating the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, presentation, and store cleanliness.
Help oversee store operations during the Store Manager's absence.
What we're looking for:
A positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Previous retail experience, ideally in a leadership or key holder role.
Confidence in engaging with customers and building lasting relationships.
A proactive approach with the ability to lead by example.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including weekends and late-night trading.
